Pear On A Pedestal

A unique sculpture I came upon when riding my Breezer bike at Mount St. Mary's Park in St/ Charles, IL.  A giant pear balancing on a formal stone pedestal near some junipers.

It made me reflect on how odd life can be at times.

And how hungry I was right at that instant.  So, I snapped it.
